Please follow these rules if you feel your Twitter account is being targeted or you feel you're personally being abused by a Twitter account user .

We STRONGLY recommend that you block users who you believe are being abusive towards you. Blocking the user prevents them from doing the following:

Adding your Twitter account to their lists;

Having their @replies or mentions show in your mentions tab (although these Tweets may still appear in search);

Following you;

Seeing your profile picture on their profile page or in their timeline.
